Jacksonville’s Dream Team

Who: The Boselli Foundation, MaliVai Washington Kids Foundation, and Otis Smith Kids Foundation

When: Friday, June 15, 2007 – 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

What: Tony Boselli, MaliVai Washington and Otis Smith are among Jacksonville’s most noted retired sports professionals and philanthropists. Each have established organizations that are dedicated to having a positive impact on the lives of Jacksonville’s youth.

For the first time, they will combine their efforts to offer a Dream Team event for the youth in their respective programs.

This event will feature activities from each of the three sport disciplines (Football, Tennis and Basketball). Each student will have the chance to try their hand at all three sports. They will also have the opportunity to hear from each of the pros about their professional sports experience and how education played a vital role in the success of their careers.

There will be a photo opportunity with the athletes and kids between 10 – 11 a.m. Please contact Ben Pennymon or Bonnie Upright for more information.
