Help us help them

One of the most important gifts you can give us is the gift of your time. There are numerous ways to get involved throughout the year, whether you prefer to work at special events, mentor a child, help in our programs or office or volunteer for just a day. See our many volunteer options below, check out our calendar for upcoming events and download our comprehensive list of volunteer opportunities for 2019. Please email or use the form on this page to ask questions or to sign up for an opportunity.

These volunteer opportunities are ongoing at various times throughout the year.

Open to: Adults & High School Students

One day a week 3:30-4:30; 4:30-5:30 or both

Volunteer one afternoon a week and make a difference in the life of a child.

Our goal is for each elementary aged child in the program to have a relationship with a caring adult (or high school student) who assists them with their homework, participates in mentor mixers and serves as a positive role model weekly.

A full school year commitment is required, but volunteers can co-mentor with a friend on alternate weeks if weekly is too difficult of a requirement.

You can also mentor one of our middle or high school "Take Stock In Children" scholarship recipients either at the program or at their school.

Email for more info or to receive a mentor application.

Tennis Assistance

Open to: Adults & High School Students; 4.0 players and above

One afternoon a week 3:30-4:30pm, 4:30-5:30pm, 5:30-6:30pm or combination.

Assist our tennis coaches with beginning tennis lessons one afternoon per week or hit balls with our competitive junior tennis players providing additional match play and pointers.

Email to be put in touch with our Head Tennis Professional.
